Shipping Policy

1. Order Collection by FSE

  • All retailer orders are collected only by PreBuy Field Sales Executives (FSEs) during store visits.
  • Retailers do not place orders directly through the system.
  • The FSE enters the retailer’s order into the PreBuy platform.
  • 2. Brand to PreBuy Delivery

    • After the order is submitted, the respective Brand delivers the products to the PreBuy Warehouse/Hub.
    • PreBuy verifies quantity and product condition upon receiving items from the Brand.

    3. PreBuy to Retailer Delivery

    • Once verified, PreBuy arranges delivery to the retailer’s shop.
    • Delivery timelines depend on route planning, product availability, and logistics schedules.
    • PreBuy does not provide tracking, status updates, or notifications.

    4. FSE Responsibility

    FSE must collect and enter accurate retailer details, including:

    • Shop name
    • Address and landmark
    • Contact number
    • Required product quantities

    PreBuy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details collected by the FSE.

    5. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

    If the retailer receives:

    • Damaged items
    • Wrong product
    • Missing quantity

    They must report the issue within 24 hours through the FSE or directly to PreBuy, with clear photo/video proof. After verification, PreBuy will coordinate with the Brand and arrange a replacement.
